Hook Shot Manor

1 Person R2600 per night Monday to Thursday
2 persons sharing R2600 per night main en-suite
4 persons sharing R995 per person per night 2 en-suites
6 Persons sharing R890 per person per night 3 en-suites
8 Persons sharing R850 per person per night 4 en-suites
Non-sharing R1350 per person per night


Children
0 – 2 years sleeping in crib / with parents in same en-suite Free
3 – 7 years sleeping in bed R550 pppn sharing / using an en-suite
8 years and older full rate


Terms and Conditions

  • Security requires full guest and vehicle details prior to arrival of guests booked at Hook Shot Manor and Hook Shot Lodge
  • Estate and house rules apply to all guests booked at Hook Shot Lodge and Hook Shot Manor
  • No day-visitors or guests not booked at Lodge or Manor
  • No pets
  • No smoking
  • Guests will be held responsible to pay for property and content damage


Booking terms

  • Minimum of 2 nights during weekends
  • Public holidays on Friday/ Monday minimum of 3/4 night stay
  • Dec 15 – January 5 Minimum of 5 nights stay
  • Enquire about 1 night stays from Sunday to Thursday
  • Wine Festivals : Different terms apply

Cancellation Policy

Please note that your booking is a legally binding agreement.
If you cancel after your booking was confirmed the cancellation policy will apply.
We will do our utmost to secure another reservation for the period cancelled.

  • Administration fee of R850 , bank charges and commissions
  • If cancelled 14 days before arrival you are liable for 100% of quoted rate
  • If cancelled 30 days before arrival forfeit full deposit
  • If a new reservation is secured for period cancelled we will refund you less R850 administrative fee, bank charges and commissions
